Had double room with the twin beds and great power shower plus a fan. Free and delicious breakfast to start the day with poached eggs and beans and cereal then full English arrived.

Stayed at a brand-new and well-equipped room with sky TV, aircon plus a bath. Good hot and fresh breakfast served at the dining room.

Tidy and extremely convenient place with genuinely helpful staff. Lovely modern rooms and decent sized with a double bed, kettle, for instance.

The breakfast was served in the dining room and the food was good. The staff was especially helpful and helped with the private parking. I enjoyed its really handy and perfectly comfortable location enough to ensure everything was ok.

Extremely convenient accommodation with unbeatable setting just off the restaurant in the morning, the railway station for ease of travel to Manchester and a taxi which arrived in 10 minutes. Functional and well laid out rooms, particularly helpful staff with the service from one particular member of the bar staff.

Good sized room with a view and with a lot of space. Paid £ 42. Knowledgeable stuff and excellent location very near train station to Piccadilly!

Functional room, quaint accommodation and particularly helpful staff. A wide array of food at the good hot and fresh breakfast. Handy location to the railway station that got us in to central Manchester within ten minutes, in the relaxing area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Haughton Dale Nature Reserve. Really great service overall and parking on site. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel.

The place was clean with private parking and a very clean bed. Everything was simply very good.
